Effectiveness of "Teacher's Training on Helping Students Learn" on Health Professionals

Mandira Shahi

Abstract

This study assessed the effectiveness of a teacher's training workshop by comparing pretest and posttest responses of 76 faculty teachers on a 4-point Likert scale. The posttest revealed highly significant improvement — for example, confident use of audiovisual materials rose from 34.2% to 89.4% — demonstrating the overall positive effectiveness of the teacher's training workshop.
