Mandira Shahi, Jagdish Prasad Agrawal
Abstract
Since the beginning of nursing education in Nepal in 1956, the bachelor of nursing curriculum has been used with only minor revisions. This mixed-methods evaluation — focused group discussions, self-administered questionnaires, document analysis and workshops conducted April–May 2012 — identified gaps in the 2-year bachelor nursing curricula of Nepal and assessed the feasibility of upgrading it.
