Abstract
Training workshops on OSPE and OSCE for faculties involved in medical education strengthen their competency in assessment. This research evaluated faculty competency following a three-day training for 23 BAMS faculty members using standardized ability test tools, workshop evaluation tools, feedback forms and interviews, finding significant improvement in capacity to evaluate medical students with modern assessment techniques.
