Abstract
Communication and social skills are the main ingredient of medical care in the 21st century. This study evaluated a two-hour communication skills training session delivered to 122 healthcare professionals across hospitals in Kathmandu, using interactive lectures, video demonstrations and role play. Participants found the sessions effective and requested extended time for demonstrations and practical exercises.
